American Pillo has a unique service program, the 369 4D service program. Every 3, 6, 9 months American Pillo provides a special service consisting of 4D: Picked up, loaned, serviced, delivered.

So, if you buy American Pillo products then you get many service benefits, especially every March, June and September, if your matrix has a problem, you just have to call our customer service, our Quality Control team will come to your house to check your material, take it to the factory to be serviced while lend a mattress so you can still sleep comfortably while waiting for your favorite mattress to be serviced then our team will come on the appointed day to return your favorite mattress.

The terms and conditions for being able to join this service program are also not heavy, just make sure you have an American Pillo product warranty card, have never been serviced before in a place other than the official factory and the product’s life does not exceed 10 years.
