PT. BALIFOAM NUSAMEGAH, located on Jl.By Pass Ngurah Rai No.34, Banjar Pesanggaran, Pedungan Village, Denpasar Selatan District, Denpasar City, Bali Province, is a national private company established in 1993 on an area of 8300 M2. This plant includes two business units with their respective capacities as follows:
- Sponge unit with a production capacity of 750 blocks or 3000 m³ / month
- Spring unit with a production capacity of 6000 units / month
Sponge Unit
This unit is divided into four sub categories, namely:
Laboratory Sub Unit
This sub-unit besides using human labor is also equipped with machines such as: 2 (two) Mixer machine units for stirring chemical raw materials, 2 (two) units of electric scales to weigh chemicals according to formulas, 1 (one) unit of engine compressor wind to drive mixers, of all these machines has a production capacity of 750 blocks per month.
Cut sub units
This sub unit besides using human labor also uses machines such as: 2 (two) Vertical Cut machine units to cut sponges in vertical position, 1 (one) Horizontal cut machine unit to cut horizontal position sponges, 3 (three) machine units cut horizontal round to cut sentian sponges, 1 (one) unit of the machine Cut Roll to cut the sponge roll, 1 (one) unit of the drilling machine to make the center hole of the sponge roll, of all these machines have a production capacity of 750 blocks per month.
